Trinara provides AI-powered receptionist and communication tools for small and family-owned businesses. The Service includes automated call answering, booking, routing, and message delivery functions.

 

Trinara is not a human operator and does not guarantee 100% accuracy. The Service should not be used for emergency response, medical triage, or time-sensitive safety communications.

 

 

2. Account Registration

 

To use Trinara, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for:

 

  • Providing accurate business information.

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.

  • All activity conducted through your account.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

 

 

3. Subscription & Billing

 

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

  • All payments are processed securely through approved providers.

  • Fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

  • You may cancel anytime; service remains active until the billing period ends.

4. Trial Periods & Promotions

 

Trial periods and promotional discounts are limited-time offers. After a trial expires, regular billing begins automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

 

 

5. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Use Trinara for illegal, abusive, or deceptive purposes.

  • Resell, sublicense, or share your access.

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.

  • Use Trinara for emergency dispatch or medical/critical decision-making.

 

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

 

 

6. Data & Accuracy Disclaimer

 

Trinara uses artificial intelligence and may not always interpret or record information perfectly.

You acknowledge and accept that:

 

  • AI-generated transcripts, messages, and responses may contain errors.

  • You are responsible for verifying lead or booking accuracy before acting on it.

  • Trinara is not liable for missed opportunities, revenue loss, or miscommunication caused by user-provided data or third-party failures.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All platform code, trademarks, and content are owned by Trinara.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.

 

 

8. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, misuse, or policy violation.

Upon termination, your access ends immediately, and we may delete stored data after 30 days.

We are not responsible for outages due to telecom carriers, internet issues, or external systems.

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, CA.
